By accessing or using Vendor Bazaar ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Use of the Platform
The Platform connects event planners with vendors. You may use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account secure.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Vendor and Planner Conduct
Vendors and planners are solely responsible for their agreements, payments, and conduct. We do not guarantee the quality of services or events. Use of the Platform does not create an employment or agency relationship between you and Vendor Bazaar.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid subscription terms (e.g. Vendor Pro) are governed by the offer at the time of purchase and applicable payment processor terms. Refunds are subject to our refund policy as stated at purchase.
6. Intellectual Property
The Platform and its content (excluding user content) are owned by Vendor Bazaar or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a license to use it to operate and improve the Platform.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these terms or for other reasons. You may close your account at any time via account settings. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data upon deletion.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is." We disclaim warranties to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or from interactions with other users.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes (e.g. by email or a notice on the Platform). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
